EXPLORATORY INTERVIEW

If you meet the job’s requirements, HR will reach out for a short interview. This is to review the details of the position and establish interest.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE

After a successful exploratory interview, you’ll be asked to complete a practical exercise, which consists of a typical work project for the role you’ve applied for.

FINAL INTERVIEW

After turning in an exemplary practical exercise, HR will reach out to schedule a final interview. This will be with the hiring manager, HR, and other leadership as necessary, and it’s your time to dazzle us with your achievements and wit.

HIRED

Once all previous steps have been passed with flying colors, HR will contact you with an offer to join the best team in real estate education. Get ready for an exciting ride!
